Voluntary Contributions and Charges
Under the current School Education Act it is a requirement of schools to outline all voluntary contributions for 2024. Contributions for 2024 have been endorsed by the Newborough Primary School Board.
Kindergarten to Year 6 - $60 per child
P&C Voluntary Contribution - $30 per child
The voluntary contributions can be included when ordering your child’s ‘Personal Requirements’ list through the P&C (order and pay the P&C by November 26, 2023 – drop your child’s booklist in to the front office by the same date) or directly to the school. The contributions may also be paid during the relevant school year.
This contribution will be used for consumables and classroom activities in the following areas: Literacy, Numeracy, Technology, Arts, Japanese, PE, Science and Humanities & Science. The quality of our teaching and learning program will be significantly enhanced if all families’ contributions are received.
